Can I make a change to my order?
- Yes, depending on the status of your purchase. Please contact us with any changes to your order ASAP. If we have already begun fulfilling your order, you unfortunately will not be able to make any changes, however.

How long will it take to receive my order?
- Normally, it can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to produce your order & 3-5 days to ship out all US orders. About 7-14 business days to ship out international orders. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

How can I track my order?
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number.

What methods of payment do you accept?
- We accept all major credit cards (e.g. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, etc), as well as Paypal.

What do I do if I received an incorrect / damaged item?
- Contact us immediately & we will sort out postage return & replacement. Only in the case of incorrect / damaged items, will returns be accepted. All returned merchandise must be authorized by a Gypsy Junkies representative or the return will not be accepted. For detailed info / policy on returns, click here.

Do I have to pay for shipping on my return?
- Once a return is approved by our Gypsy Team, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label for your return via e-mail. Package all items securely with shipping label. If you choose not to use the pre-paid label, please ship to:

How long will it take for the return to be received & processed?
- We will try to process your return as quickly as possible; however, it can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks to process upon delivery of return. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once we have processed your return. Please contact us if you haven’t received this e-mail after 14 days of us receiving the order. We suggest you send your return with tracking, so that you can see when the item has been delivered to us.

I'm unsure about a size. How can I get help?
- Please email info@gypsyjunkies.com with any questions regarding sizing.

Why was my order cancelled?
- If your order is cancelled, you will be informed immediately. Your order was most likely cancelled because the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. If an item your ordered is unavailable, you will contacted within 24-48 hours of purchase & your card will be refunded. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped out to you. Only the unavailable item will be removed from your order.

I have a store credit. How do I use it?
- Store credit will be issued via e-mail in the case of a defective / incorrect item. When issued, you will receive an e-mail from info@gypsyjunkies.com containing a code. Enter this code at checkout to redeem your credit. If you are unable to find your original store credit e-mail, please e-mail us and we would be happy to resend that information to you.
